As far as upgrading is concerned, there are plenty of people who'd keep their 768 DSL for $17 instead of going to "cheap" FiOS at $43, which was the point: speed has nothing to do with value, and value is a personal perception.<br><br>I have 30/5 FiOS because it was, and still is, the best value for me.]]></description>
