Need help portforwarding 8080 on Westell 2200

Hello. I have been trying to set up my own registration page for my server without using hamachi. I have tried every guide that exist and I can not get mine too work.
Currently, I have a Westell 2200 Modem, Verizon DSL.

When I try to define a service,

I was wondering if I am doing it correctly,
In the Global Port Range, do i put 8080-8080 or 80-80?
In the Base Host Port do i put 8080 or 80?

After I do that, I try to start up the port forwarding, I get a pop up asking me which host device am going to use

Since I have 2 computers connected to my modem, I am going to use mine which is Alexander PC. But, on the guide that I used, it told me to Port Forward to my IP, So i try to put it in my IP in the Ip adress bar, but instead of working, I get an error message

Adress is not part of the private subnet.

I do not know what to do. I have tried everything and I am out of options. Please somebody, help me out.

It's been a while since I last did that.

Use a name like "port8080" or "web8080" that will remind you of what it is. "MyNewService" sounds a bit too generic.

Yes, put 8080 in both begin and end boxes.

I'm pretty sure you should leave the base port alone (i.e. at its default of 0), because you are not really using that.

If the computer name shows on the list, then I would use that name as host device, particularly if you are using DHCP to acquire an IP for that computer. If you use an IP, it will need to be an IP on your LAN - something like 192.168.1.17. In particular, it will begin with "192.168.1."
