Try setting the Cox filter to Deliver to Spam folder and see how many are caught.

I remember you mentioning this in another SPAM thread also. If your still getting it after notifying Cox maybe it is legitimate email. still see the occasional canadian pharmacy and viagara (spelled correctly) get past.

(which does not belong in our inboxes) sometimes i wish it would be illegal for big pharma to advertize this stuff to the general public and only to doctors to discuss with their patients.
