neufuse : uh yeah of course they look "strange" they arnt channel numbers that are QAM numbers... QAM tuners dont get channel 1 2 3 4 5 6, they get QAM-1, QAM-104, QAM-1020, QAM-2204... so you tune to a NTSC Channel say 117... 117 says I have 3 services available... and they are QAM-2020, QAM-2021, QAM-2022... then you tune to those services... now comcast and other providers can also provide a PSID which will say hey channel 117-QAM2020 is actually channel 11.1 AND Channel 117-QAM2021 is actually 11.2... you might want to look into how Digital cable and QAM's work ;)
