Ottawa, ON | New dry DSL line, DMT stats - how does it look? Hi,
This is my first time ever having DSL. It's a dry DSL line. I think the stats look pretty good, but I really don't know. Does it look OK?

Line looks to be in great shape. However the mini screenshot does not show the amount of errors. Wait at least 24 hours after the initial sync and post the full screenshot of DMT and we'll see how many errors you get. It probably will be very few, judging from the numbers and the clean & even graph.

Almost the same as my line stat (before and heavy storm broke someting on the bell network) and I do 6016 /800 fast path easily, so your connection seem great, but we don't see your error rate. |

It was connected all night, and no errors showed up, but I was still setting up my place and knocked the power out at the modem, so it reset this morning. Still no errors though in the last almost 9 hours. Looking good!
Is RCO some estimation of maximum sync rate based on line conditions? Wouldn't it be great if I could get the 10 Mbps it thinks I can?
Anyway, I'm very happy so far with Teksavvy. I only miss the higher speeds I have become accustomed to (10 Mbps cable). |

I think my line has turned out to be good thus far. Now almost 24 hours since it was reset yesterday morning and it still shows no errors. |

Just wanted to post an updated shot of DMT now that my modem has been on for 18 days straight. Looks good, very few errors. I just wonder why my attenuation seems high compared to others who post screenshots of good lines. Is it because I'm in an apartment building? |

| Your attenuation indicates you're under 3 km from the CO which is not that far. Your line looks great. |
