If you want to prove it to them, get them to try logging in themselves.<br><br>When speaking with them, you can also get them to create an email address for you, as direct interaction with the appropriate server seems to be working without issue. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I got connected this afternoon but somehow every time I went to Online Customer Care "Shaw's Internet Services" trying to create new email add, I got this message:<br><br>"107 - We have detected an error in this transaction. We are working on resolving this issue. Your transaction has not been completed. Please try again soon. Thank you."<br><br>I could access all other items/services under the Online Customer Care except the above "Shaw's Internet Service", how come?<br><br>Thanks in advance and best regards.<br><br>P/s I called several times 604-629-4000, but tech support kept telling me everything "OK"???]]></description>
