| Caps This is just Time Warner's way of killing the competition for video streaming and Movie download services. If they can sell you a Video on demand for $3.99 versus you downloading from Netflix or one of the other services, then they get your dollar instead.....
It's all about the dollar.
If you have to pay for exceeding your "Caps" then you wont use the other services, and Time Warner makes more money.
This falls under the same guise as Network Neutrality.
They want control, to control your dollar... Nothing More!!! |
