The physical channel assignments are dynamic, depending on what logical channel you want to tune and what physical channel the system decides to use. |

There's no rule that says the cable company has to do every channel dynamically. I suspect that locals will also be the more watched channels anyway, so every node would likely be sending them out all the time anyway. |
