Thanks for the article (copy of a Montreal Gazette article from April 2nd).
What has been done since? What action has EB taken against Bell?
I understand that options may be limited, but simply being "opposed" to Bell throttling isn't enough. |

join:2002-02-21 | like i said, we are in contact with jose verner minister to resolve the issue. We have contacted crtc and i talked a bit with TS asking for update on their side with CAIP.
