| ISP The ISP's are NOT to blame for Piracy, as they are just providing a service. Unfortunately, it is mostly the end users who purchase a cd, then rip and share it online somewhere.
It is also not the ISP's job to implement a piracy filter. This needs to be the music industry's job if they want to protect their investment. The movie industry is not trying to blame ISP's (that I know of) for piracy.
The music industry needs to come up with other forms of protection if they want to protect the music rights. |
