| Need temporary internet for 1 month in Toronto..Rogers?
I'm moving to TO and will be in a sublet for 1 month while I search for a proper place to stay. Unfortunately the current tenant could not keep the internet for me and I will have to find something for the month. What choices do I have? I was thinking of going with Rogers Portable for this month and sign up for TekSavvy when I'm settled. |

| Portable would likely cost quite a bit to get going for only one month, usually you need a 2 year contract to get a decent price, plus purchase the 'modem'.
Probably the easiest is Rogers Cable, that can be activated pretty quickly if existing cable is ready. DSL can be 5-7 days so that would take a week out of your time, cable could be ready in a couple days. |

I would not go with 3web since when you want to cancel you will have 1 hell of a time. |
