Number: restricted
Contact: Anonymous

what type of caller would be restricted?

united state		 They blocking/have disabled their outbound CID information from being sent by the Telco.

Where I'm from (WI) restricted is usually cops or gov't agency. Otherwise if they just blocked their CID, it'd show up as Unknown or blocked.
