| [General] VOIP call takes too long to connect
Hi: I have a Linksys PAP2 and live in California, DSL 6 Meg
I have Talkfree as my VOIP provider for reselling, I notice in the last 3 weeks that the calls take to long to connects, i mean 15+ seconds and 70% of the calls never go through, this is very frustrating in order to make a call i have to spend 4 minutes... I have tried differents accounts and ATA's too, same results. I called tech support and no response.. Please can any one explain why this happens?? what is involve in the process of making a VOIP call Thank you |

Is the ATA taking a long time to send the digits? Try using the "#" key at the end. Is that faster? |

@sbcglobal.net | Yes a did used this #, but no luck This service use to work fine, but all of the sudden started to do this, and this is happining to all my clients ATA's. Thank you for you support |

Then it sounds like something with your provider, and I know nothing about TalkFree. Perhaps someone using talk free can say if they see the same issue?
