Question about a stealing neighbor

shof515 : its a bit strange:
I think one of my neighbors is stealing my mail and packages being delivered to me. I have a good feeling it is him, because when i track 2 two USPS packages they said it was deliver in the mid-afternoon when i wasnt home. When i got home, i noticed no packages at all or that pink pick up notice. When i call up the neighbors, they told me that no packages came for me at all. Now, when i track 2 other UPS packages, they both said that a delivery attempt could not be paid. And again, i didnt get any kind of those infonotices about the mis-deliverly

Is there anything i can do about this issues. Lucky i have the package tracking number but trying to figure out where my packages is, is a bit scary since before my neighbors have no problems getting packages for me since i do have a busy schedule with work and college. I dont know whats going on, its just strange that it says deliver when it wasnt deliver to me
