oh yea, and it takes some work, but you can go up hill with them.
if you are short on time start it from about 1:45, and make sure to watch the very end lol. -- `~You can't have "manslaughter" without "laughter"~` |

Are they Strap-on or Sticky? How do you keep them on your feet? They look like they come off sometimes but it seems like thy would need to be stuck on somehow? |

According to »www.freelineskates.com/FREELINE/···hop.aspx they are basically a skateboard cut in half and trimmed down, and the wheels are inline instead of opposing. All that is on the top is plain old "grip tape", much like sticky-backed sandpaper. |

| you got it.
a lot of people are modding the hell out of these already though, and do have straps for the ones who cant do vert (halfpipes etc) yet without them, and also people are making ice skate versions of these as well. i think if they were secured to your feet they might be a bit too dangerous to use. i like being able to jump off if need be.
i tried some over the 4th of july holiday and they are definitely hard to get a hang of but i ended up being able to get pretty far by the end of the day. pretty sore too heh. -- `~You can't have "manslaughter" without "laughter"~` |

| reply to Smatchimo I am the person that Smatchimo mentioned. I bought some and I can ride these really comfortably now. I can even go up hill. There are no straps and they are one solid metal mold with long board wheels and are perfect for cruising. They have grip tape on the top where you stand and you propel your self forward by rotating your ankles in a snake like motion motion(not necessarily by leaning). |
