<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/144938"><b>cowboy</b></A> : It seems there is a covad POP at my CO (Morgan Hill, CA) - but it doesn't show up as an available option for upgrades.<br><br>iirc, the covad setup allows higher speeds than does verizon in this area...<br><br>would it be possible to have the dsl service moved ?<br><small>--<br>Richard Nelson</small>]]></description>
