I'm part of the same conspiracy that won't lose money giving you fast upload speeds in BFE. In fact, I drive around in a giant Hummer H1 bribing every local politician not to deploy on any street with less than a thousand people on it and spend a lot of time doing this in Goat Raper, Montana.
