They are a greater threat to privacy than the judge in this case and in Viacom who merely wants the data to get Google to fork over money for hosting their movies, TV Shows, etc.
I absolutely agree with this, and I have been saying so for a while now. Everybody seems to have this blind trust in Google that's as strong as the blind hate in Microsoft.
