Unacceptable is what you mean to say. <br><br>Your service history sucks however. Sorry to hear that. You can get all the advice in the world... it still will not fix your issue. You really should start to escalate the issue view the corporate complaint line. There is no reason to pay for service that deteriorates in the evening hours. <br><br>It had nothing to do with the amount of people watching tv at night. Its a plant issue or even a premise issue such as ingress or a damaged piece of cable. If you are the only one experiencing this issue ( which you might be if its been going on this long and there isnt a truck at your neighbors house every day ) then it is most likely an issue local to your residence.
