how do i set this so the from a unsecured to a secured network...dont want anywone out side my home using my internet? thanks

The question is a bit garbled, so I have to guess what you are asking.

I shall assume that you concern is with WiFi connections. In that case, the best way to secure your network is to setup WPA security, assuming that your 327w supports this.

If you have an older 327w that only does WEP, then you could use only wired connections from your computers, and turn of the WiFi in the 327w configuration. (Note that WEP is not considered secure).
