<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/442241"><b>keyboard5684</b></A> : This is how big business works.<br>The idea of bringing all their employees into one building is a great idea. It increases communication, moral and keeps a streamlined "model" of a moving business.<br><br>As far as the big TV, to me it is the same as a big fountain or something you see in major buildings, no big deal.<br><br>A fancy HQ does improve the overall happiness of employees, or some of them anyway. Makes them feel almost proud to work for the company which in theory gives better results to the customer.<br><br>We are talking business, not a pole technicians shed.]]></description>
