New Jersey purchased most of the equipment that MSNBC used when they launched in Secaucus, NJ in 1996, and they got a big tax break as well. So this has been happening for years.. practically everywhere. | |

What's the "best" thing about that "deal" is that after NJ gave MSNBC all that money to stay in Secacus, MSNBC moved to New York before the tax break period was over so NJ never got any revenue from that "deal". | |
