Laguna Hills, CA | Moving is extremely expensive. They're spending $250M on furnishings alone for this new HQ...and at a premium lease rate I seriously doubt this is going to be cheaper overall. The leases in the new HQ are in the high $30's while the rest of the town even for full service Class A buildings is in the $20's.
