If you come out and say "Mobile Music sales are going to grow xxxx zillion dollars by xxxx" then you've set up your argument.
Now, if sales DON'T reach the arbitrary numbers they made up (let's say 4.8 billion instead of 7.3 billion) they can scream "We lost 2.5 billion due to piracy!!" when in fact, all the numbers are made up.
