Re: unthrottled (temporarily?) yeah im at bayview and sheppard, does not look like i am being throttled right now, doing 150KB down and 50up. i can do higher maybe 450-500 down 90 up... quick question this happened to be a while back on my old dsl isp fci broadband and im still getting it with teksavvy, the issue being that as soon as utorrent starts running, even at a nice user set cap, with what should be plenty of room, for browsing and maybe 100 connections, why does browsing totally freeze, not quite but it becomes unusable???? thanks for your time |
