Comcast guy.. When is Comcast planning to roll out an update for this iguide? I have 2 DCH3416 and it has many issues with queing and an inoperable record light. These issues are quite old and yet they seem to be unaddresed. What ever happened to Tivo, or is that dead in the water? |

This is nothing new, that Comcast page has shown those updates for months.
I was hoping this was a real upgrade, not a couple new features in software. |

Here go 10 pages of when are we going to get the new guide. When you click on the guide and it's the new guide you got it. I don't think any one tell anyone when the new guide will be bought out in your area.

Middleboro, MA | Massachusetts, including Northern-NewEngland (NH, VT) should all have it by end of August. I believe Connecticut including Carmel are also going to be done by the end of August, but I cannot confirm that at this time.
TiVo I34 with 1.03 Client upgrade will be in sync with A25 upgrades. That will fix many of the Crazy 8 reboot issues and also that users can’t turn off “suggested recordings”...and also some other TiVo guide issues. The next “performance” release for TiVo (1.05) is pending test in Springfield...if all goes well then 7/24 for all other DACS.

Not holding my breathe on this one...We were told these updates would happen in March, but as cypherstream said there was a problem with Seachange VOD...Although the present guide works (kind of), it's the little bugs that drive us crazy sometimes.
I agree with gebe, the problem with queing and no record lights on the DCH3416 is old. |

If so, I CAN'T STAND THAT! Happens all the time with my DCT6412 DVR. |

Yes, that's the issue. Happens all day on my DCT3416.
By the way, you should swap out your 6412 for a 3416. Larger hard drive  |
