 Waive Setup fees on an On-net building?

Hi Guys,

I can get a cabinet at a datacenter who is a cogent POP. Now they sent me the papers for review and its a month to month contract, but theres a $1000 setup fee.

Is there any way or have you guys gotten the setup fee dropped?

New London, CT		 You are going to pay $10 a megabit or less, month-to-month, and you expect to get the install fee waived on top of that deal? I wouldn't count on it.
