Jerm join:2000-04-10 Richland, WA	it took this long because... I have a friend who works for Tmob in Seattle, and he was telling me its taken them this long to launch because even though the won the spectrum last year, it's taken forever for the previous spectrum squatters (ie other goverment entities) to get off the sold spectrum. It's been a mess!
