Yeah, but any one line is a 100meg line - they don't have gigabit ports in the classrooms... yet! (can always hope.)
So the most you can get is roughly what bbuchanan put up and that's with no one else downloading and close distance to the hub.
(TBH, its probably this crappy laptop that can't handle it, haha.)

There's no cap or anything.. the school is essentially an ISP, except all its customers are on the same campus and hard wired with 100meg ethernet (wish it was gigabit :()
(+wireless everywhere, but it stops at like 12mbps, sadly.)

I was disappointed in that test too.. its usually 65-70 down and 55ish up.
