WGR614 v7 - Can't Access

I have had this router for about a year now and it has been working great. I have changed my networking scheme and was planning on moving this router to a different location. However, at this point, I can no longer access the configuration panel by going to url »www.routerlogin.net/. I have reset the unit back to factory defaults. I have turned off my PC firewall. The PC appears to connect to the router, but I can not access the router.

Any help would be very appreciated!
