Generally you can get cogeco for the same/cheaper then bell, for instance Cogeco 16 meg I believe is 64.95, cheaper if you bundle digital cable too, 100gig cap.

Bell Total Internet Max is 87.95 same cap, and will charge you 1.00 per gig after with NO maximum.

But then again you could get on a crowded node and not get nearly that speed with cogeco. As well bell is throttling torrents so you might be stuck with that too.

Overall Cogeco has been pleasant to deal with, service has always been up unless power is out.

Bell , well thats up for you to decide.

The 16Mb service from Sympatico is almost $100 a month which is rather pricey, and you have to consider that you may not actually get a full 16Mb connection. However, you do get 100Gb of bandwidth with that package, which isn't that much depending on how much you download.

Cogeco I believe offers 10Mb service for around $50, but that has a 60Gb cap on it. But I believe they do have some higher tiers with more cap and possibly slightly more speed for less per month or equal that then what Bell is offering.
