<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1122281"><b>hermitage</b></A> : i stayed with Belkin because the service was by far the best i'd ever encountered.<br><br>but i just bought another router and when i called for help with bridging them... i got a call center in India.<br><br>they were not familiar with the technology... only reading from scripts.  polite, but english skills were lacking.<br><br>this was at 2pm central time.... and i wasn't able to get the help i needed. <br><br>Belkin...!   your sevice was what made you awesome.  now it's just another piece of hardware.]]></description>
