They aint snitching cuz they on his side yo Only a select group knows his where abouts. Why would they turn in their general?

Plus he's in hiding. If any locals saw him, they'd tell on him. There is a $50 million bounty on his @ss. There is a difference in turning in a fugitive and aiding one. Mr. Klien is on the aiding side
