Do you think the video games companies and web-based software developers are going to take these caps sitting down? Imagine the bill you would rack up playing WoW as much as some players do. Caps not only threaten HD movies and such, but the entire gaming and Web 2.0 industry. Caps have the ability to threaten the entire structure of the internet and how it's used today.
I have a hard time imagining that this kind of thing (caps) will be accepted without a HUGE fight. |
