Comcast OnDemand Errors

Can anyone tell me what the deal is with the OnDemand errors? It seems that this is going to be the next service issue that I'm going to have to deal with.

First it was the picture quality in terms of pixelation, then it was the audio dropping out. Now, on almost a daily basis (sometimes more than once a day) I get OnDemand system errors whenever I scroll through a list or simply try to access the OnDemand system.

So far, I have encountered at least six times now error E6302. I've encountered error E3602 (error intializing) just once so far.

Hmm I've never seen that error before.

I looked through the Seachange VOD Error codes and it wasn't listed.

Gonna have to wait for someone that knows this more than me, like MadMANN, MacLeech, etc.

Comcast of NJ II sucks. Period.
25 HD channels compared to the average 32 or so.

i believe it's a Tandberg VOD error, your box isn't responding
call comcast and have them hit ur box
if it doesn't work they'll truck roll and replace one

My understanding is that OnDemand is a service which runs on Comcast systems, and I am just simply viewing the content on that system. Supposedly, the last time I contacted Comcast about this, they refreshed the box. The problem I have with replacing the box is that I lose the content on it. It is at that point, that I always have to ask Comcast, what is the point of offering a DVR capable box to allow programs to be recorded to it, only to then end up losing them if the box has to be replaced.

These OnDemand errors are happening fairly consistently, but of course, it's only an issue when I actually decide to access OnDemand.

Well, here is a new error code to add to the mix: E5324 - System Unvailable. So, to recap the codes I've received:
E6302, E3602, and E5324.
