P8 Virtual Office audio issues.

I have a friend who runs a small business with Packet8's Virtual Office. He had the same issues at first. Their support team turned him onto SnapGear SG300 router. It's no Cisco router but it did the trick.
The hissing,popping,pinging,tunnel sounds went away after some QOS tweaking on it.

Personally I found it was cheaper to set up an Asterisk server, get some used Cisco IP phones and sign on with a sip trunking service but the administration and set up is not for the feint of heart.
