how to get better acces to siteI do some work for a site hosted in CA. I started getting a really poor connection, where a page would start to load then stop. After talking to the host tech support they said i need to talk to my ISP.
I don't know who to talk to or what to tell them.. Earthlink offers many tech support problem solutions, but this problem doesn't seem to fit any they offer.
Any ideas on how to proceed? |

If you don't mind share the address and I'll check it from my DSL line.
Otherwise, I can only suggest the obvious. Run a trace-route and see if there is a visible issue. Check MTU values/settings in your Router and LAN. Change to non-EL DNS like 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 that I use.
