I would and just explain that you have gotten no where in calling, or point him to this review.
I am sure he will most likely see it, but just incase I don't think it will hurt.
Also just to try and help with your issue I have a question.
In your review you stated velcom installed the wiring in your home? What exactly were you meaning by that.
Because the inside telephone wiring is the responsibility of the home owner.
You can get bell to come and redo it, or a contractor but unfortunately that will be at your own cost.

I am aware that the wiring is (normally) the home-owner's issue. However, I had no landline whatsoever. So I paid Velcom a fee to have a line installed, which they sent a tech (I assume from Bell) to perform (details in the review). Thanks for the tip Adam. |
