hmmm good point... I will try to PM him!

I am aware that the wiring is (normally) the home-owner's issue. However, I had no landline whatsoever. So I paid Velcom a fee to have a line installed, which they sent a tech (I assume from Bell) to perform (details in the review). Thanks for the tip Adam.
