I've been emailing with the Velcom HD and because the line was just installed, it would take a few business days before they are able to do a thorough check on my profile.
I'm also curious to see if the line is interleaved or fastpath.

 Post your traceroute here and we'll be able to know if the line is interleaved of fastpath.

If you don't know how:
-Start, Run, type: cmd
-type: tracert dslreports.com
-Right click the mouse in the console, choose mark
-Highlight the traceroute and press enter
-Paste the result here.
