Re: FIOS Will be Avil for Order 8-2-08 (North Middletown)

TV and Internet 20/5. Because they rolled out the Internet so far before the TV here, I never ended up with any bundle or anything like that (I have separate bill payments for each). Just recently they finally got the online "My Account" to realize that I have both. Not being a phone customer has its drawbacks. I am paying 49.99 for the 20/5 and on the website it says M2M (I guess that means month to month???), I am not sure what I could get with a commitment of a year or two, but honestly my billing has been steady and when you read about the billing issues people have had, I just feel like letting it ride this way.

All the techs that have been out to my house over the last 2+ years have been great, I hope you find the same. Good luck and enjoy!!!!

I have phone, Internet, and TV and MyVerizon really only recognizes the phone part. At a high level (minus billing, those are all separate) it sees that I have all three but as soon as click further in to TV or Internet, it no longer recognizes me as an existing customer...
