2Wire wireless suddenly cuts out

I'm using a 2Wire 2700HD-G on my Qwest 7MB connection. The wireless was working well until about 2 days ago. Now, when I I try to connect from my laptop, the wireless signal connects for about ten seconds, then the wireless light goes out on the 2Wire. I also noticed that port 1 has died for wired connections. The other three still function fine.

Is it worth screwing around with any settings or should I save myself the aggravation and just replace the thing?

If it was me and it was under warranty I would get it replaced.

[Edit]
If it was me, I'd try re-flashing the firmware first though...

if its me will try to save my hair and get it replaced. 2700's is being recalled due to poor performace in power surges. warranty for that modem is now for 3 years.
