I know why Embarq is losing customers....

It's CRAP, and when I had issues a few years back, the answers they gave me were HIGHLY unacceptable to the issues I was having. I eventually went back to TW after 6 months of their crap, now I have CC after they took over this area, it's been pretty solid after the initial month they took over. I even got rid of Embarq to get CDV, I have been hugely happy with it so far.
