got two remotes, no questions asked, in one day

Here is a postive story...
While calling to sign up for another one year Triple Freedom Bundle, I ordered new remotes (as my old ones decided this week not to work). They appologized, and told me that they would be there within two to three business days. That was yesterday, they came today. In the year I have had FIOS the Customer Service has gone from inept to competent with a goal of helping the customer...Maybe I am just lucky in that I have never had any major issues but considering what I came from (CV), FIOS is much more advanced and truly worth it
