No worries. I actually had very consistent 4Mb/sec speed with Sympatico for 6-7 years until now. I moved to an apartment 4 blocks away from my old house and now my connection is about 2.6Mb/sec and I have drops every few days - can be frustrating for sure.
My biggest peeve is the throttling though ..
