Re: My unofficial tests don't match... I'm also in Florida and I've seen speeds from 400-1400 kbps. As for AT&T being the fastest? Maybe next year when they finish they're upgrades (expecting 7Mbps down) but overall it's between Verizon and Sprint. There's an article that looks at all the providers side by side here »www.mobile-broadband-reviews.com/Comparison. It basically says that Sprint's got more coverage while Verizon is fully EVDO Rev A. Overall, Verizon beats them out.
If Urban, get Verizon, if rural, get Sprint. |
