<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : i am a power lineman and accidents still happen regularly.  <br>We have a union and huge safety programs that our employers are forced to keep up with(insurance).  We do not want to be rushed by our employers because thats when accidents happen.  These cell phone guys appear that they are in our situation of the 70s.   whats so hard with belting on?  ]]></description>
