[connectivity] Serious Problems

Two weeks ago I got Verizon DSL. Prior to this I had AOL Dial up, which I continue to have. Since I got it has yet to work consistently. For one day it worked and after the technician came it worked again for about a day. However after that it ceased to work, that was Monday. The line test worked, I tried two different modems, model 7500 and the 327. Also I've tried to get it to work on multiple computers. It always says Limited or No Connectivity. I've talked to numerous I.T but I cannot solve the problem. Any solutions?

It always says Limited or No Connectivity.
That refers to connectivity to the device connected to the NIC, not necessarily to the internet. I've never seen "Limited" connectivity, it's always "No" in my experience.

Where are you located?

Do you know what IP the computer was getting when it was connecting?

I don't remember the Ip but it is always limited or no connectivity.

limited or no connectivity usually happens in a wireless connection when the authenticating key is wrong, are you trying to use wireless here?

reboot, reset, reconfigure, then recycle.
