W8ASA : Thanks, but that is the exact number I called. The customer service people have moved, and are no longer at that location. I wanted to avoid having to drive to the new place, but I guess I'll have to. Of course, then I face a clerk who will have no idea what I'm even talking about. I was hoping for a phone number for a technician.
--
Microwave and RF Components at www.ohiomicrowave.com

W8ASA : For weeks now, there has been a problem with the audio on cable Channel 19. I think the audio is being overdriven, resulting in distortion. The problem is the same on all five televisions in my house, three of which have STBs. However, I have NOT been able to get through that infernal phone system to talk to a live person about the problem.

Can someone on here tell me what phone number I can use to actually talk to a technically savvy person about this?

If you don't want to make the number public, please send me an IM and I'll respect the privacy.

TIA
--
Microwave and RF Components at www.ohiomicrowave.com
