And the iPhone still can't (officially) tether, no matter what you're willing to pay. |
 | You think its good now wait until they overlay Alltel's map on Verizon's map. AT&T is going to look like a chump.
I just hope they will incorporate the way Alltel does things. With Alltel we get unlimited tether data, Unlimited EV-DO card data that we can put in our routers too. I don't think I take advantage of the service. My average monthly data is under 20 GB from two devices. I would think everyone would want to see Verizon embrace the Alltel model to force their own cell providers to compete. Or at least come up with some fair data plans. Rogers can somehow now offer 6 GB data plan for $30 for Canada's iphone market, and the #1 and #2 American cell providers can't beat that for $60.
Too many people need to quit drinking the corporate cool-aid. They don't have your best interest at heart. They just want as much of our money for as little service as possible.
Is there really that much wrong with fair pricing in our capitalist market? It used to work just fine. |
